I recently found out that people with gluten intolerances can sometimes eat sourdough. I gave it a try and it was true! But, where to find the very best sourdough to order again and again? I tried several local bakers. They were all good. But the bread made by Marcel is so perfectly baked and the absolute best results for my gluten intolerance. This bread has an amazing texture and flavor. Winter wonderland is perhaps the best bread I have ever had. It beats European bread. Lightly sweet and crunchy with a soft inner texture and chewy crust.

I ate a slice of the Winter Wonderland sourdough bread and was absolutely blown away with how tasty it was! It was given as a gift so I wasn’t sure where it came from but when I found out it was from Sourdough Bruh I immediately had to order more. The consistency of the sourdough bread is perfect! The taste was slightly sweet and made me want to eat the while loaf. I honestly cannot express how much I enjoyed this bread. I immediately ordered more. I am excited to try other flavors!
